In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities, moderating interactions, and ensuring brand integrity across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to support the company’s social media strategy, content creation, and engagement goals.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Proactively monitor and manage comments, reviews, and interactions across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and standards.
  • Address negative feedback, misinformation, or crises swiftly and tactfully, protecting the brand’s reputation.
  • Coordinate with PR and legal teams to manage complex issues that may arise in the public space.
  • Cultivate a positive and respectful online environment by fostering relationships within our community.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a trusted representative of the brand to build trust and loyalty among followers.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple platforms (text, image, and video).
  • Stay current with social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to evaluate the success of community initiatives.
  • Use insights from data to inform and refine future social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives to drive community engagement and enhance brand visibility.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
