The CMS Program is committed to an equitable and inclusive learning environment and supports Washington College's ongoing efforts toward inclusive excellence. The CMS curriculum is built on a critical-cultural foundation focused on developing students' critical media literacy and multimedia communication skills in a liberal arts setting. We encourage our students to use those skills to address issues related to civic engagement and social justice. The ideal candidate will address these values in their teaching and scholarship.
