Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in the movement and motion of 3D assets such as animation, rigging, and motion capture. Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.
As a Senior 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animation assets and driving the development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D animation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions and art.

- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of industry experience in 3D animation
- Strong portfolio of 3D animation work
- Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences
- Proficiency in 3D animation software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Understand and apply best practices in 3D animation, including keyframe and motion capture techniques.
- Maintain and improve existing 3D animation systems and assets.
