Key Responsibilities:

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and management of the property, including:

• Overseeing the administration and maintenance of the community.
• Ensuring quick turnaround for apartment units.
• Managing rental collections and financial performance.
• Maintaining compliance with government regulations, particularly Tax Credit Compliance.
• Enhancing the value of the property while fostering positive relationships with residents and team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience managing a large apartment community.
• Tax Credit Compliance experience is a must.
• Familiarity with property management software; Onesite experience is a plus.
• Must be organized, outgoing, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and standard office equipment is highly beneficial.
