Join our vibrant property management team at KRS Holdings, where you have the opportunity to make a positive difference in our customers’ lives daily. We manage an active 250-unit apartment community in Eastern Henrico County, and we're seeking a dynamic Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This position offers stable hours (Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends!) in a professional environment.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Community Manager, your attention to detail and ability to connect with customers to provide exceptional service will make you an asset to our community and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing: Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, including showing apartments and coordinating the lease.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain organized records for the property, ensuring strict compliance with guidelines.
  • Rent Collection: Ensure timely and accurate rent collection and address tenant concerns promptly.
  • Work Order Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests from residents, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Bilingual Communication: Interact with residents and prospects fluently in both English and Spanish.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
