Sandwich Artist Job at Gizzi's Coffee in Delray Beach

The Sandwich Artist will be responsible for serving customers in the restaurant by preparing and assembling sandwiches. They must be knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients, and be able to perform all duties in accordance with company standards. The Sandwich Artist should be friendly and helpful to customers and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Sandwich Artist Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about menu items and ingredients
• Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications
• Assemble sandwiches with the appropriate condiments and garnishes
• Package orders and process payment
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area
• Re-stock ingredients and supplies
• Monitor product freshness and discard expired ingredients

Sandwich Artist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service industry a plus
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Able to follow directions and recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
