Additional $1.00 per hour flex pay will be added to salary.
Salary (based on verifiable job-related experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2024-2025 school year.

Will be working on high platforms, catwalks, portable stages, spotlight towers and various scaffolding.
Drive various district vehicles including vans, high lifts, forklifts, scissor lifts, golf carts.
Frequent prolonged or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Tools/Equipment Used: Computer and other basic office machines, electronic scoreboard, sound systems, video systems, projection systems, lighting systems, electric batons/chain motors, relay systems, 3-phase power distribution systems, safety control systems, curtains, fly rails systems, routers, switches, RF systems, hand tools, multimeter, scopes, laser distance meters, radios and communication equipment.

- High School Diploma or GED; two years of experience in live event audio/visual operation and support is required. Preference will be given to AVIXA Certied Technology Specialist (CTS).
- Experience should be in various event support and operation of audio, video, and lighting production systems.
- Demonstrated use of advance signal low concepts and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of video routers, switchers, and audio consoles, lighting consoles, production safety equipment and network IT systems for use within production setups.
- Must be comfortable working on stages, motorized man lifts, ladders, work platforms and high catwalks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.
- Must be flexible regarding working nights, weekends, and holidays, indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather.
- Must have a clear and valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record accordance with district policy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Setup, troubleshoot, operate, and document all audio, video, lighting, networking, rigging and electrical equipment to be used for event support.
- Provide technical support for all events supported by the Production staff.
- Provide quality customer service to the public, district staff, promoters, and event clients.
- Track and report Audio/Visual working hours, event details, operational needs and equipment use for billing purposes and future planning.
- Demonstrate/maintain a continued operational understanding of all the audio-visual systems used by CFISD.
- Lead other staff by providing operational direction through production cues, calls and relaying of client needs.
- Meet with and support clients and assist with the successful operation of technology for all events our production staff support.
- Perform all duties assigned by the Berry Center management team and/or CFISD administrative team.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
