Operating across multiple platforms, including our website, Amazon, and Shopify, we are now looking to grow our digital advertising strategy with a Google Ads Media Buyer.The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a proven record in paid search and display advertising, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to drive measurable results that align with our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with marketing teams to develop ad strategies that target high-intent audiences, aligning with the company's growth and revenue objectives.Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to define the best approach for reaching and engaging target customers effectively.Campaign Creation & SetupManage and set up paid campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on search, display, shopping, and retargeting to drive sales and customer acquisition.Research and select high-performing keywords, craft compelling ad copy, and work with designers to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals.Optimization & ManagementContinuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, placements, and targeting as needed to maximize results and ROI.Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.Performance Analysis & ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.Identify insights from data to refine and improve campaign strategies, sharing findings with the team to drive data-informed decisions.Budget ManagementAllocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of funds and optimal performance.Adjust budgets based on performance insights and seasonal or product-related opportunities to drive maximum impact.Staying Updated with TrendsKeep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Attend training and regularly refresh your knowledge of best practices to continuously improve performance.Qualifications:Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads, preferably in an e-commerce setting.Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other tracking tools for performance analysis.Experience in budget management and financial reporting for ad campaigns.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.Preferred Experience:3+ years in digital advertising or paid media buying, particularly within e-commerce or a fast-paced industry.Experience in campaign optimization, with a strong track record in lowering CAC and increasing ROAS.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision benefits.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling company.Who We Are:About Us:We are based in El Segundo, California, and invest in our employees through continued education, courses, and a test-driven approach to marketing.
