Marketing Manager, Brand

with an emphasis on brand experience and partnerships, is ultimately responsible for building relationships with marketing partners that will in turn provide value - reach, awareness, content, experiences, etc. - back to the Marvin brand. This work will elevate our presence and positioning in the market, be a critical lever to impact our various audiences, and continue to build our 100+ year history in the market. Lead marketing strategy for Marvin brand experience center, Marvin at 7 Tide, ensuring brand integration across various channels, alignment to our brand values and audiences, and ongoing collaboration with brand experience center leadership

Support through focused Sales Enablement strategyLead strategy and POV on deeper integration of Brand and Product which might manifest in sales enablement, content storytelling or otherwise.Evaluate a range of partnerships through a brand lens; determine the best partnerships, how to measure effectiveness given brand goals and outward representation for product and brand distinctionDevelop and negotiate contracts that amplify the Marvin brand experience through the best activation strategies, media placements, one-on-one opportunities, in-market events and moreGrow and maintain a deep level of customer and audience understanding within the organization in order to field Q&A and build reputation with partners at all levelsLead regular team share outs on performance, positioning and opportunities for evolved thinkingAstute financial management of brand partner(s) and partnerships, key vendors, particularly around event developmentYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Passionate about the convergence of brand, content, brand experiences and new marketing opportunities.Strong bias for action: collaborates cross-functionally, willingness to troubleshoot, and resilience to push for success.Strong written and verbal communication and have confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to various audiences.Minimum 3-4 years of experience leading Brand Strategy with a focus on brand and/or product marketing.
