VP of Product Marketing
to grow and lead our Product Marketing team and ensure that a cohesive solution marketing strategy helps us meet or exceed revenue objectives.In this role, which reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Management, Solutions, and Sales to deliver compelling, differentiated product and solutions messaging that translates into marketing campaigns and Sales plays that drive brand awareness, pipeline development, and sales success for new logos and existing customers.Responsibilities:Lead and grow the team of Product and Solution Marketing experts and engage regularly with cross-functional working groups (including Solutions, Content, Design, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement) to orchestrate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and sales playsGuide the development of messaging and positioning, as well as the delivery of sales tools across the sales cycle, including presentations, whitepapers, brochures, datasheets, solution overviews, and other tools to enable Go-To-Market teams to communicate the value of Board solutions effectivelyBuild value messaging in collaboration with Product Management, develop collateral and sales tools, and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to craft campaign plans and own product launchesUnderstand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and solution purchases and translate that into successful marketing strategiesOversee the development of specific Product/Solution Marketing and Sales Enablement plans to support revenue objectives of acquiring new customers and growing existing customers' ARRDefine KPIs and targets to measure the success of the implemented programs and conduct regular performance reviewsAnalyze marketing performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and develop corrective actions to meet corporate objectivesWork with leaders across the organization and break down silos to maximize the impact of global solution strategiesAssist with Competitive Intelligence to create battlecards and actionable playbooks for the GTM teamsAssist with Customer interviews and development of case studies to demonstrate the value create by Board SolutionsServe as a company spokesperson with the press, analysts, customers, and at industry eventsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise software and B2B Product Marketing. Experience with the EPM/CPM market is ideal.
