As a Copywriter / Corporate Brand Marketing Specialist you will: This senior associate would help execute corporate branding efforts including strategies around brand, corporate purpose, CSR, executive visibility, and employee engagement. Assist in creating, developing, and implementing persuasive programs or projects to promote brand credibility, create a favorable public image and achieve corporate objectives. Write and produce written and graphical content about the company on various platforms. Develop and support internal and external communications and presentations. Execute a LinkedIn strategy to highlight leadership, engage employees and build up the Genesis brand as an employer brand that is admired. Advise and support internal efforts to improve employee inclusivity and engagement. Build the corporate brand strategy for Genesis as we establish and communicate our brand purpose, multicultural, CSR efforts and sustainability messaging for the brand. Control expenditures in accordance with budget allocations. Manage processes and reporting related purchasing and finances. Compile and contribute to weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and analytics of Corporate Branding activities. Maintain an awareness of changing marketing trends, consumer attitudes and opinions to assist in the evaluation of new program proposals. Utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff's time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company. This is a full-time opportunity, position is temp for 6 months, possibly longer. It offers the ability to get the foot in a top company known to move, promote andhire on our top talent.Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.This is an hybrid role, requiring someone who can work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelors degree required Creative writing experience or journalism experience - will be writing articles on LinkedIn 4 - 5 years of experience, advertising agency experience preferred Strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of media platforms required (e.g., broadcast, internet, promotions, etc.). Effective project, personnel, and budget management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
