Design Associate (Sales)

who is passionate about

This in-office role in Salt Lake City focuses on converting inbound leads from various digital advertising sources into satisfied customers, requiring a keen understanding of the remodeling process and a strong desire to create beautiful, functional spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales:

Respond to inbound leads from digital advertising sources, qualifying prospective clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through Dwellify's remodel options to align with their vision and budget.Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to understand clients' design and style preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints. Offer insights into the latest design trends, materials, and remodeling best practices to inspire confidence and excitement in their choices.Sales Support & Documentation:

Generate and send proposals and initial estimates in coordination with the Dwellify team. Assist with scheduling, and facilitating communication between clients and project teams to ensure a seamless experience.Follow-Up & Relationship Building:

Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients through phone, email, and online chat. Provide regular updates on project progress, address client questions, and foster long-term relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.Collaboration with Marketing:

Support Dwellify's marketing efforts by providing feedback on customer inquiries, tracking trending topics, and helping develop materials that address common client questions and needs. Assist in crafting personalized marketing campaigns and promotions when needed.HubSpot CRM Management:

Track all sales activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate and timely records of customer interactions. Leverage CRM data to identify follow-up opportunities and improve the overall sales process.Miscellaneous Sales Activities:

Participate in Dwellify events, webinars, or other marketing channels to promote remodel services. May involve occasional assistance with creating marketing collateral, contributing to content, or representing Dwellify at trade shows and industry events.RequirementsDesign Savvy:

A passion for interior design and aesthetics, along with basic knowledge of design principles, trends, and materials.Outgoing & People-Oriented:

Enthusiastic about interacting with people and guiding them through the remodel process with empathy and patience.Sales Skills:

Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage, listen, and connect with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.Tech Proficiency:

Comfortable working with HubSpot CRM software, video conferencing tools, and other digital platforms are helpful. Previous experience with project management software or design programs is a plus.Team Collaboration:

Willingness to work closely with marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure a cohesive and satisfying customer experience.Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role, ideally within interior design, home improvement, or remodeling services.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation:

Base salary of $50,000+ (dependent on experience) plus monthly sales incentive pay, providing the opportunity for earnings growth based on performance.Career Growth:
