Job Description

This position sits within the Martech & Marketing Data (MMD) team and has product ownership of the SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform. The MMD team sits within the Marketing Analytics organization and is focused on enabling the Marketing Analytics, Marketing Activation and Analytics & Customer Experience teams with data and tools necessary to do their jobs.

As a product owner, responsibilities include managing a robust product vision and roadmap, understanding user personas, stakeholder needs and satisfaction. Managing a roadmap via OKRs aligned to product-level KPIs, this role is responsible for opportunity and issues logs, vendor management, competitor/new entrant monitoring and any associated RFPs. Stakeholder partnership includes organized and ongoing bi-directional idea generation and solutioning, including a keen eye towards product innovation, particular in the area of AI/GenAI.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results Preferred Skills/Experience

5+ Years experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deep understanding of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud builders including, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Push, Automation Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud API's. Proficiency in the following languages: AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Server Side JavaScript. General Networking Knowledge, DNS, SSL. Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders. Proven track record of strong product management skills Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize various responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines Flexibility to effectively deal with unexpected assignments and changes to workload based on management priorities Strong understanding of SalesForce Marketing Cloud to ensure the martech stack helps segment marketers achieve KPIs. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate. Ideal candidates will be able to think big-picture, have experience with a variety of data sources and technology platforms, while simultaneously driving forward product and feature enhancements to benefit the marketing and sales teams. Experience managing a technical team Experience using multiple instances of SFMC An understanding of SOAP and REST APIs Experience with, and knowledge of, SFMC, including Einstein for Marketing Salesforce CRM and Cloud Connector experience Architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated email campaigns Solid understanding of: Solution design and architecture Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL Data management and segmentation Scripting and query development Proven experience in designing and building solutions with external platform integrations Marketing Cloud certification Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills Highly detail-oriented demeanor, with the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities Experience guiding customer-facing discussions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired experience with the Adobe AEP platform Location:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
