Welcome to Food & Beverage BiosolutionsThe Food and Beverage industry faces new challenges - and Novonesis is here to help.Novonesis' leading innovations enable customers to keep up with ever-changing food and beverage trends and get more out of their raw materials - with less energy.We are looking for a strategic and actionable results-oriented Marketing Manager for our growing food & beverage industry, specifically to drive our new foods & protein business. This area of the business focuses on opportunities within the plant-based and animal-based protein space, along with driving health & wellness solutions with our functional foods portfolio.Join us and be part of the team that is transforming the quality and sustainability of food and beverages to meet the demands of a hungry world.
In this role you'll make an impact by:Developing and leading regional marketing strategies together with our sales and technical managers to achieve our growth ambition.
Utilizing your analytical skills in building strong value propositions through market research, customer/segment mapping, targeting product launches, pricing, market communication, etc.
Providing support to the sales team participating in customer meetings and being an active member of account teams for key customers and channel partners in the region.
Defining, together with global marketing, the go-to-market strategy (segmentation, pricing, value proposition development, internal and external messaging, etc.) for the region as well as being a key contributor for the identification and implementation of the near-to-market initiatives in the region.
Contributing as a member of the global marketing team by participating in decision-making and championing innovation through project management and product launches to drive business growth.
Being for translating industry trends into insights, participating in relevant industry events, directly interacting with customers and overseeing media communication activities.
Potentially relevant experience:MBA with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in developing a strategic 3-5 year plan, translating that strategy into detailed, actionable and measurable tasks, and mobilizing account teams to execute through superior communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to energize.
You will bring a passion for implementing a strategic, mid to long-term mindset through short term initiatives with the ability to navigate a cross-functional networking culture and global business environment through strong leadership skills and a strong business acumen
You're driven by a sense of ownership through proactive and analytical problem-solving skills and curiosity for exploring new challenges & opportunities in detail.
You showcase a high-energy & inquisitive nature with proven critical thinking, storytelling and key decision maker relationship-building skills.

Expected salary range:
$135,000 - $155,000 base
