Charlotte, NC ! You will be in the center of engagement on marketing to our Generation Z guests and actively engaging clients, faculty and staff. This role will be integral in creating impactful social media campaigns, leveraging insights to determine the best methods to drive guest satisfaction, assessing opportunities for new points of service and where to deploy innovation.This position must be based in the greater Charlotte, NC Area. 90% of role is in NC. Driving travel is required, with an average of 1 overnight stay each week. Ability to office from home 1-2 days/week.Key Responsibilities:Curator of dynamic student experiences that are designed to drive guest satisfaction, elevate engagement, and foster loyalty.Develops and manages annual marketing plans for campus dining operations to include a roadmap for revenue growth through meal plan sales growth, retail sales growth, and catering growth. Facilitate measurement and impact of initiatives.Supervises activities of and directs all dining marketing efforts on campusArchitect or dining's unique storytelling approach to the campus community and national industryWorks in cooperation with the university community to enhance campus partnerships, support sustainability awareness, programming for nutritional and dietary awareness.Creates and distributes impactful collateral for communicating the success of the dining experienceEnsures units adhere to Chartwells residential, retail, and catering brand standards, including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platformsDevelops marketing collateral and communications copy, including brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, promotional guides and guest feedback systemsGuides units in the execution of marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, catering and retail sales driversCreates trends forecast, guest feedback analysis and insights studies designed to drive guest satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.Coordinates and plans programming and events and lead a diverse committee of university and Chartwells participants.Preferred Qualifications:BS degree in Marketing preferredMinimum of four years marketing experience with Higher Ed experience preferredAbility to present to large groupsKnowledge of merchandising and promotionsProficient communication skills and public relations experienceExperience managing and teamApply to Chartwells Higher Education today!Chartwells Higher Education is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
