nCino's Account-Based Marketer is responsible for researching, structuring and implementing multi-faceted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads and sales opportunities across nCino's accounts. This role collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to help pinpoint key insights about target accounts, which are then used to customize content and communication approaches for the purchasing teams at these accounts. Additionally, they will strive to comprehend the nCino platform and the financial services landscape, aligning evolving market needs with nCino solutions. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of account-based and digital marketing, coupled with the ability to construct comprehensive B2B marketing programs, make optimizations based on data and insights and report on results to key stakeholders-ultimately contributing to the Sales team's ACV goals and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to further brand awareness and drive pipeline growth and revenue, working in alignment with sales goals and business objectivesProactively collaborate with sales partner(s) to ensure that ABM activities are aligned with activity within targeted accountsDevelop campaigns utilizing Marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, landing pages and virtual events to drive interest within targeted accountsCollaborate with Global Market Strategy team, Creative team and content creators to execute campaigns across multiple platforms and areas of businessEffectively communicate, collaborate and engage with the Sales team on marketing programs on a regular basisWork with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, 6sense, Postal and others to organize, build and track campaigns and measure ROIDevelop and maintain comprehensive target account profiles and prospect personasUnderstand nCino's sales process and study industry trends and win/loss analyses to identify opportunities to reconnect with lost prospects or create net new prospect conversionsCreate collateral to be used in ABM efforts including writing campaign copy, requesting and organizing graphics and defining campaign parameters and audiencesApproach campaign development with a 'test and learn' perspective, being open to making optimizations based on what the data shows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or a combination of experience and educationMinimum 2 years' experience in B2B digital marketing, field marketing or account-based marketingAbility to independently create marketing content for campaigns from concept to execution for measurable resultsAttention to detail, an eye for graphics and strong writing skillsExcel and Salesforce report building skillsAbility to problem solve, follow strategic direction, synthesize data, and execute projects independentlyStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to make strategic suggestions for ABM programming based on account research and insightsAbility to multi-task and manage competing stakeholders and prioritiesDesired Qualifications
Banking and financial industry knowledgeExperience using platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn and the Google platform to build and execute account-based campaignsExperience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for marketing programsExperience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include white papers, case studies, webinars, digital advertising, and social mediaAbility to be analytical with strong technical acumen

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:$65,800.00 - $108,600.00
