Entry-Level Interior Designer . We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.
Position Summary
Kickstart your career by joining our Interiors team, where you'll play a key role in creating spaces that prioritize the human experience and wellness. As part of our collaborative practice, you'll work closely with clients and design teams, learning how to use industry insights and research to drive design decisions.
In this entry-level role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills by working on a variety of tasks, from creating material and finish palettes to preparing 3D renderings and presentation drawings. You'll also gain hands-on experience in generating interior finish drawings and details, all while keeping an eye on project scope, schedule, and budget. You'll collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to bring projects to life.

What you will do:
Propose creative and technically sound solutions to design challengesAdhere to quality assurance/control processes, practice standards, and company protocolsDevelop design concepts that align with overall project direction and functionalityEnhance documentation and detailing skills for constructabilityAnalyze and integrate sustainable materials, products, and FF&E into designsParticipate in site walks, CA meetings, and lessons learned to improve coordinationApply BIM standards and ensure QA/QC procedures are metCollaborate actively with the project team, contributing innovative design ideasCommunicate effectively with team members through various methodsMeet project deadlines and understand the project workplan and timelinesRequired Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in Interior Design required0 to 5 years of professional experience in interior designProfessional licensure not required; LEED AP and other green certifications preferredProficient in Revit, with knowledge of Bluebeam and other architecture/engineering/interior design softwareStrong technical skills with the ability to contribute to the design process and develop technical solutionsWorking knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans and deliverablesExcellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and productivityAbility to assist in marketing and business development efforts
