Seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist for a large medical device company This will be a 3 month long assignment - W2 only Responsible for the remediation of all Orthopedics Surgical Techniques related to the Baar (CH) site. Works closely with the Project Team, Global Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Scientific and Medical Affairs and Global Marketing Communications team members, to ensure all relevant collateral is remediated on schedule. Hands-on global position responsible for updating all collateral in scope, including graphic design, project management and file governance across all relevant sites and in accordance with all SN brand, approval and platform guidelines. Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, on strategy and on budget. Aligns project priorities in line with business focus, needs and deadlines. Updates all collateral with the new site information and version in INDD Continuously interfaces with the MRM system (Orbis) to ensure projects follow the proper workflow and approval processes. Ensures accuracy and maintenance of literature inventory on all relevant platforms, including online literature ordering system Ensures global approach to all activities by liaising with the regions and countries and guaranteeing dissemination and access to global toolkits. Identifies and remediates all applicable MarCom Surgical Techniques aligned with the Baar (CH) site, working with a variety of internal stakeholders (15%) Graphic Design - Updates to the new address and version using INDD (40%) Project Management - Continuously interfaces with the MRM system (Orbis) to ensure projects follow the proper workflow and approval processes. (20%) Platform management - final file governance and upload on all relevant platforms (20%) Global coordination - Ensures global approach and distribution of collateral by interacting with the regions and countries (5%) Highly organized and able to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently with a strong emphasis on solid file management, version control and efficiency. Works with, and receives direction from senior designers, copywriters, MarCom account managers and other stakeholders. Other duties include: Manages own workload by working with the team to prioritize according to business focus and deadlines Expedite rush projects while maintaining orderly flow of daily work Ensure full approval of all collateral Applies the brand standards and upholds overall brand identity Ensures archival of older versions in line with documentation policies Recommend and implement process improvements Keeps others informed of conflicts and delays Obtain deadline extensions when necessary Qualifications: B.S., B.A. or BFA in Graphic Design and Advertising or equivalent Competencies: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Strong project management skills. Strong communication skills. Stakeholder management. Ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization. Strong interpersonal skills, goal oriented, hands-on, flexible, creative. Fully fluent in English. Experience: 2 years in graphic design, marketing communications or very closely related field.
