What does a Contents Technician with Paul Davis do:

* Excellent customer service consistency * Experience deep cleaning homes and personal property with care and efficiency * Upholstery, leather, and hard contents cleaning experience preferred * Be part of a team of hardworking individuals serving others within your community * Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property * Take pride when your team completes mitigation projects * Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology * Pack/box/wrap/transport/store clients personal belongings during a disaster * Inventory both damaged and restorable items to be able to submit to home/business owners and insurance carriers

* Desire to perform work with excellence and integrity

Job responsibilities:

* Demonstrate skill and proficiency in structural cleaning techniques * Self-managing and time management skills * Detail-oriented * Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service * Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments * Be a great representative of our brand * Manage/organize contents warehouse * Demonstrate skill and proficiency in content cleaning techniques * Re-inspect job sites for quality control * Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment

Job requirements:

* Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 75 pounds frequently * Ability to walk, stand, twist, stretch, crawl, and sit for 8-10 hours per day in extreme weather conditions

* Valid driver's license * Written and verbal fluency in English * Pass a criminal background check and drug screen * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
