Your Role at impact.com:
impact.com is seeking a Creator Relations Manager to run day-to-day creator onboarding focused on new creator growth and retention. This role is critical in helping creators on the impact.com platform understand how to utilize our tools to thrive and grow. The Creator Relations Manager will establish 1:1 relationships with creators who have joined the platform within the quarter, conducting onboarding calls and emailing various strategies to grow their overall brand partnerships and to start earning with their partners.
As the Creator Relations Manager you will be responsible for monitoring newly joined creators & getting in touch with them to have a friendly 1:1 touch point as soon as they join. You'll also be responsible for tracking your outreach, goals, and performance.
This role is the first of a new Creator Relations team that will eventually comprise various levels of creator management spanning the creator lifecycle on the platform. A unique opportunity to shape and nurture the future of impact.com creators, playing a key part in enhancing our brand's influence and visibility on a global stage. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Creator Relations. Passion for influencer marketing, relationship building, talking on the phone, educating, and meeting new people are required!What You'll Do:Creator Onboarding:Manage a pipeline of thousands of creatorsConduct 1-1 and group calls with creators to set them up & teach them the impact.com platform technologyCreator Growth:Assist creators in partnering with brands on both affiliate and campaignsAnalyze and provide recommendations from individual and network-wide data to help grow creator's earnings & partnershipsWork with the data team to develop and uncover network-wide data & individual creator reportingRelationship Management:Get to know the creators you're onboardingEstablish trust and comradery to lay the foundation of the creator's relationship with impact.comBe positive, helpful, and relatable in your conversationsData and Reporting:Learn and understand our data reporting systemDownload weekly list of newly joined creators & use excel functions to parse out existing creator communicationsTrack portfolio performance and utilize data to spearhead daily activitiesWhat You Have:3+ years of experience working with creators & managing creator relationshipsStrong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and engagement strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-buildingLoves talking on the phoneStrong organizational skills including experience with Google SheetsCreative thinker with the ability to craft engaging experiences and content tailored to creator audiencesA self-starter mentality & drive for excellenceAnalytical thinker with the ability to digest data and turn it into shareable & actionable insightsNice to have:Prior experience onboarding customersKnowledge of impact.com platformLove of data digging, google sheets & formulas, and reporting on metricsPassion for creator affiliate marketingAffiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
Salary range: $75,000.00- $98,000.00 base salary with a variable target of $18,750.00 - $24,500.00 plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
