Position Overview

As Ulrich's Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth and visibility, leading a dynamic team to execute innovative strategies that align with our business goals. Your role is pivotal in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that generate leads and enhance our online and retail presence. By leveraging a mix of PPC, SEO, organic content, and guerrilla marketing tactics, you will ensure that Ulrich's brand message resonates with our target audience. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently reflecting the "Ulrich Way." You will be responsible for continuously evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing efforts to maximize ROI and drive sustained business growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, including PPC, SEO, customer promotions, and more.
  • Mentor and guide your marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. Ensure adherence to the "Ulrich Way" in all customer interactions.
  • Oversee all customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and partnerships, effectively converting interest into actionable sales opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external marketing firms and vendors on PR, advertising, creative campaigns, and web development to achieve strategic goals.
  • Supervise the creation of all marketing content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and web content. Ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and regional sales teams, ensuring marketing efforts support sales objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in creative development and management is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, branding, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Google Suite, and HubSpot.
  • Strong skills in building and managing websites, particularly on WordPress.
  • Ability to guide creative professionals (photographers, videographers, web developers, graphic designers) through complex projects, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Strong ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively to non-marketers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, and user-centered experience design.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Proficiency in HTML and PPC management, including Adwords, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience in B2C environments, with a focus on driving sales and enhancing customer value through marketing efforts.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience)

Work Location & Hours:
  • Ulrich Headquarters, downtown Fort Worth, TX
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
  • This is an onsite role; remote work is not available.
