The Opportunity:
The Contract Marketing Communications Specialist will partner with stakeholders to develop strategic communications plans and materials and serve as internal communications back up as needed.
(This is a 20 hour per week engagement).
What You Will Do: Assist with bi-monthly Townhalls as needed and own the production of the monthly employee newsletter for Purchasing Power Create or coordinate the appropriate mix of communication tools for each plan: written content, presentations to internal and external audiences, e-mails, and other tools as needed Incorporate change management best practices to ensure employees understand, accept, and adopt changes in a timely and engaged manner Provide effective content development and execution ensuring that company-related communication materials meet editorial standards for accuracy, readability, clarity, and brand Lead the content development for regular client deliverables including the quarterly client newsletter, client events, and/or special client projects as assigned by the VP of BtoB Marketing Work with Senior Manager, Public Relations, and Director of BtoB Marketing to create a Consolidated Calendar Provide marketing event support as needed Other duties as assigned
The Experience You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working in a Financial Services or HR environment (preferred)
