ABOUT THE POSITION
The Creative Assistant supports the creative team in executing campaigns across multiple media platforms. This role involves coordinating and assisting with the design of print and digital assets, managing social media content, preparing presentations, and compiling campaign performance analytics. Additionally, the Creative Assistant will manage the Marketing Resource Library and print portal content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong design and organizational skills, and can collaborate across teams to help execute marketing strategies effectively.
One (1) full-time position is available: Candidates must accommodate a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with designing print and digital assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Prepare engaging presentations in collaboration with members of the marketing team.
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Resource Library to ensure easy access to assets.
- Review content performance metrics, compile analytics reports, and share updates with the marketing team to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Perform other related duties as required or as requested by the Communications Manager, Associate Director of Marketing, Director of Sales & Marketing, or Company President.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, or related marketing/creative roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working as an active member of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present work before others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creative writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
