We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to join TIFIN and work on generative AI products at various holdings across our early-stage ventures.

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will report straight to our President and CRO, and be an integral part of the team spearheading our go-to-market marketing efforts to bring exciting new technology to the world of wealth management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, building out the marketing function at Helix by HL, @Work, and Sage. You will partner in close collaboration with the Sales and Success teams to maintain and accelerate our growth trajectory, while developing cutting-edge strategies to solidify our market presence, create demand, and generate leads.

We are looking for a swiss army knife marketing executive, who is comfortable being the first dedicated marketer and can serve as a high-impact individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a senior strategic leader at who can collaborate across the firm to lead demand generationDevelop and execute innovative marketing strategies and sales collateral to drive marketing qualified leads for the sales teamLead brand, event, and channel marketing initiatives to elevate Helix's, @Work's, and Sage's profile in the wealth management industryDesign and launch new funnels: from ad targeting, channel selection, social media/landing page design, copy, retargeting, analytics, and reporting, to continuous improvement.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.Manage the company's marketing resources including marketing budget, technology platforms, vendors and agenciesChampion the Helix by HL, @Work, and Sage brand, ensuring consistency and impact in all marketing communications.REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 10+ years in marketing, with growth experience in fintech, data tech/AI, or other translatable B2B SaaS sectorsPrevious experience in a start-up or lean agency environments where you have worn many hats is strongly preferredPrevious experience in a financial services or fintech company that targets the wealth enterprise ecosystem is strongly preferredUnderstanding of alternative investments and private market investments is a bonusA general understanding of Generative AI and Large-language models is a bonusStrong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plansExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team and engaging stakeholders at all levelsA deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the tech industry, and a keen interest in new technologies and softwareSelf-starter excited about fintech and eager to join a new team and contribute from day oneA local presence in the Greater New York City area, and the ability to be in person 3 days a week (We will consider candidates in TIFIN's other office locations - Charlotte, NC and Boulder, CO)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

For New York Applicants: The expected starting salary range for this position in New York City is between $150,000 - $200,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

A note on location.

While we have team centers in New York City, San Francisco, Charlotte, Mumbai, Bangalore and Madrid, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.
