How you'll make an impact:
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will lead and execute field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, customer and partner engagement across our key global markets.
We're looking for someone who can think through scaling our global audience with deep experience in planning and managing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events. The ideal candidate is strategic, highly collaborative and passionate with a proven track record of executing impactful field marketing programs.
A day in the life:
Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with Cin7's sales and business objectives globally, across North America, Europe and APAC regions.Plan and manage a mix of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, industry conferences, partner events, and Cin7-led customer experiences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Collaborate closely with regional Sales and Partnership team leaders to understand business objectives. Partner with fellow Marketing team members on campaign concepts, messaging, content, creative, promotion and optimization.Collaborate with product marketing to create regionalized content and messaging for targeted campaigns, focusing on the unique needs of prospects and customers in key verticals.Manage field marketing budgets, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and on schedule.Measure and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future programs and achieve business goals.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.What you'll bring with you:
7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, preferably within SaaS or technology companiesProven track record of successfully planning and executing field marketing programs that deliver measurable results, including pipeline growth and revenue contribution.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability and flexibility to work globally - working within a global teamWillingness to travel up to 30% of the timeIn return, we offer:

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Base salary + 15% bonus
