Advertising Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will be instrumental in supporting project objectives, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth creation, coordination, and completion of projects. This individual will serve as a liaison between the project team and the advertising team to communicate project specifications and updates.
Project Creation
Initiate and outline new projects, set clear goals, and establish project timelines. Ensure that all necessary resources are allocated and available for the team.
Advertising Team Communication
Serve as a liaison between the project manager and the rest of the advertising team to facilitate clear and consistent communication. Relay important updates, feedback, and adjustments to the project scope to all team members.
Tickler Project Creation
Oversee the tickler system to ensure all aspects of the project are tracked and managed effectively. Organize meetings, uphold deadlines, and proactively address potential issues before they impact project timelines.
Project Manager Support
Offer reliable support to the project manager by taking on administrative duties, helping with project planning, risk management, and executing specific tasks as directed to keep projects on track.
FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt)
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Business (Required), Master's Degree: Business Administration
Work Experience
1+ years in project management, 2+ years in project management
Physical Requirements and Skills
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Meeting Management, Microsoft Applications, Operating Office Equipment, Oral Presentation, Stamina to perform typical office functions
