About the role:
Our Marketing Science team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services, driving transformation to extract growth for our clients. We are looking for an Audience Analytics Manager who will bridge the gap between Marketing Science and Strategic Planning to help define the audience strategy for some of our largest clients. In addition, we are looking for an Audience Analytics Manager to be responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing audience and media data points to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of omni-channel campaigns. Collaboration with onshore media planning and offshore analytics team members will be critical to success.
Audience Analytics Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Leads Audience Planning Activities, in collaboration with Planning Leads
- Champions audience-first advanced analytic solutions within Transmission
- Hands-on with reporting, dashboarding, data science, and machine learning projects
- Familiarity with advanced audience building strategies such as first-party data activation, lookalike modeling, and clustering
- Work with internal and external resources to develop Media dashboards, Media Mix Models, multi-touch attribution, setting test and learn agendas, and other machine learning projects
- Work closely with the agency team in making actionable client recommendations and to sell in additional analytic solutions to meet our customers’ needs
Audience Analytics Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Industry knowledge in B2B digital marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data) solutions, platforms, data aggregation techniques, troubleshooting, and consumer privacy
- Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
- Capable of working through business problems with our offshore teammates
- Demonstrated proficiency working with business and technical teams to integrate algorithms into platforms using large datasets
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize technically complex information for a non-technical audience
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
- Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience analyzing marketing and communications performance results across multiple channels, including experience in Datorama, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software solutions.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Masters degree in computational, mathematical, engineering, or scientific field
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience in areas such as business intelligence, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistics.
- Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and activation
