Title: Senior Analyst, Audience Strategy
Location: Preferred Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 months with extension
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
As the Senior Analyst, Audience Strategy you will develop complex audience design, strategy, and
execution for multichannel customer communications, which include working with customer data,
understanding and defining the parameters of the data, database structures, available models, campaign
management tools thinking. This position will also play a key role in the planning of business campaigns
to translate hypotheses and marketing objectives into optimal audience selection criteria.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
•Craft sophisticated and multichannel campaigns guided by key stakeholder input
•Communicate the status of assigned campaigns to involved partners
•Perform rigorous quality assurance/control steps to ensure that audiences meet the desired
campaign targeting requirements
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise of all relevant Client's business and data knowledge
How you will collaborate with others:
•Partner with technology, data, channel, and model development teams to improve campaign
targeting accuracy and impact
•Collaborate with fellow Audience Strategy team members to develop best practices to deliver
strong results
What you will take ownership of:
•You will own the development, testing, execution, and monitoring of multichannel audiences
within Treasure Data Audience Studio
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
•Three (3) years of proven experience with marketing campaign support and execution
•Two (2) years of professional experience with hands-on experience using Treasure Data
Audience Studio to enable ad-hoc and journey communications and messaging
•Intermediate experience reading SQL queries
•Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during data/platform migration
•Willingness to travel as future needs require
It would be useful if you have:
•BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
•Experience in Business to Customer (B2C) marketing
•Experience with hospitality industry and/or credit card/financial services
