Location: Revelation Church, Simi Valley, CA

Position: Audio Engineer Contractor

This is an opportunity to contribute your skills to an inspiring christian community. Revelation Church Audio Team is looking for talented Audio Engineers to join us and enhance our services and worship experience through exceptional sound quality.

Schedule:

• Rehearsal: Wednesday nights 6PM - 10PM
• Services:
• • Thursday night 6PM - 12AM and
  • Sunday morning 8AM - 3PM
• Additional Events:
• • Additional events on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are often on the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality live in-room audio mixes to elevate the worship experience, teaching, prophecy and prayer.
• Setup and testing of all audio equipment prior to each service to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with the Audio Lead, Broadcast Engineer, to confirm all signal paths are accurately transmitted and received.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the production team throughout each service
• Monitor Autotune

Compensation:

• $30-45/hr or similar day rate

Qualifications:

• Teachable, and open to correction and guidance
• Extremely focused attention to detail
• Experience with Yamaha or Allen & Heath consoles
• Experience in Broadcast Mixing and FOH mixing
• Proven experience in live audio engineering, preferably in a worship or similar setting
• Strong technical skills in audio equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to dynamic environments
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
