Location: Primarily based at our USA Operations HQ in Atlanta, GA, with on-site opportunities throughout the USA.
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term with potential for Full-Time conversion.
Salary: $55k base, plus package

About the Role:
As a Broadcast Solutions Technician, you will be working as part of a growing and dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge broadcast technology to some of the country's largest broadcasters.
The role will be based from our offices in Atlanta with your main responsibilities being to successfully manage the integration of our technology with our broadcast partners (hardware and software), to ensure the seamless delivery of our services and products at various events. You will be part of a team that incorporates the host broadcasters onsite as well as remote operators in various locations throughout the US. You will need to be prepared to work long days at weekends and midweek evenings, as we work whenever sport happens.
Although the role will be based in Atlanta, you will be expected to travel to events as required to support ongoing deliveries as well as commissioning systems for new projects. As you gain experience in the role, you will be expected to support demonstrations and POCs at events showcasing the product for new clients. Given these responsibilities, we are looking for someone who can be confident in these situations and clearly communicate to customers.
Experience in the broadcast world would be highly favorable, particularly within any replay roles in the industry. If you have good general technical knowledge, then we can provide you with the training to make you a success in this role.
We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day-to-day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Setup: Configure Hawk-Eye technology in broadcast trucks and remote locations, ensuring correct physical and software setups.
- Event Support: Conduct pre-event checks, liaise with broadcast staff, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues during events.
- Client Interaction: Communicate confidently with clients, support demonstrations, and showcase our products at events.
- Technical Tasks: Build kits, troubleshoot hardware, test software, and assist with installing and testing new products.
- Team Collaboration: Work within Hawk-Eye teams or independently in onsite, office-based, or remote environments.
- Strong technical and broadcast grounding.
- Experience with VT/replay technology or live event/technical production is desirable.
- Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.
- Professional and approachable manner when liaising with clients and customers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and work flexible hours, including weekends and federal holidays.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is 47,000.00 to 55,000.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a limited benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), vacation time, and eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually.
