Adim is hiring: Senior Creator Manager in Los Angeles

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the identification, onboarding, and nurturing of top-tier digital creators, with a particular focus on Webnovelists, for the Adim platform. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract and sustain a diverse and vibrant creator community. You’ll also work hard to provide support to creators by providing essential resources and strategic guidance to help creators thrive, fostering strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction, and collaborating closely with the product team to enhance the overall creator experience based on their feedback. You will also design and execute initiatives to boost creator engagement, lead educational workshops and webinars, and advocate for creators' needs within the larger Adim community. 

What You’ll do: 

• Acquire and Develop Creators:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-powered digital creators and their communities, with a strong emphasis on Webnovelists.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new creators to the Adim platform, ensuring a steady pipeline of fresh and diverse talent.

• Support and Growth:

  • Provide resources, guidance, and strategic advice to incoming creators to maximize their success.

  • Foster strong, positive relationships with creators to ensure their needs are met and they have a satisfying experience with Adim.

• Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work closely with the product team to refine and enhance the creator experience based on feedback and data-driven insights.

  • Act as a primary liaison between the creator community and Adim's product/engineering team, ensuring creators' feedback, concerns, and suggestions are heard and addressed.

• Engagement and Education:

  • Design and execute strategies to boost creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Lead workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate creators on best practices, platform features, and content optimization.

• Community Advocacy:

  • Advocate for creators within Adim, translating their needs and feedback into actionable product improvements.

  • Represent Adim at industry events and forums to promote our vision and establish a strong presence within the creator community.

• Market Presence:

  • Participate in industry events and forums to promote Adim's vision and establish a strong presence within the creator community.

What’s You’ll Have: 

• 3+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries

• Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact

• Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand client objectives, strategies, and goals; provide guidance on creative and talent recommendations, pricing, and internal requirements

• Willingness to think outside the box and have fun!

• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects with cross functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

• Confident communication skills - both verbal and written

• Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role

• Passionate about the creator webnovel space

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-120,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and location, and they may vary from the amount above.

Compensation Range: $90K - $120K
