Join the award-winning team as a Design Director, where you'll spearhead their practice's design vision and elevate their commitment to quality across all departments. With a focus on promoting excellence in design, you'll also play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and business development efforts.
Your Impact:
- Develop firm-wide design standards that set the benchmark for excellence.
- Administer and supervise the design department to ensure cohesive and innovative design strategies.
- Lead design presentations, monitor project development, and provide expert design direction and support to uphold consistent and high-quality design standards throughout the firm.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of architecture practice, including design principles, building materials, construction methods, engineering integration, and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align design objectives with project goals and client expectations.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture.
- Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Registered Architect (NCARB).
- LEED AP certification preferred.
- Experience in corporate, educational, and/or healthcare projects preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
