Bentley Systems Design Analyst
Location: Hybrid/Remote (Candidate must reside in Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, or Oklahoma)

Overview:
Are you ready to move beyond production design and take on a more dynamic, leadership-oriented role? We're looking for a Design Technology Analyst who is ready to support and enhance the design process for our production staff. If you have at least 5 years of production design experience on the Bentley platform, particularly in designing highways, bridges, and parking lots, this could be your opportunity to step into a more challenging and rewarding position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Bentley software users by identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the visioning and continuous improvement of Halff’s Bentley platform and associated workflows.
- Manage the licensing, configuration, and installation of Bentley and related design software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software installation, performance, and workflow issues.
- Facilitate project collaboration and work sharing, both on-premise and via cloud-based platforms.
- Optimize design environments to automate access to client-specific standards and streamline production workflows, documenting these processes for future use.
- Facilitate the deployment and support of CADD standards across various design disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with Bentley software, including MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), and ProjectWise, in a design production environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Bentley technology, including configuration, testing, templates, and advanced techniques.
- An associate’s degree in CADD, drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple solutions in complex situations.
- Experience creating and maintaining Bentley workspaces and CADD standards.
- Passion for using technology to drive better results and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing reliable, courteous support to design staff.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
