Ready to Make an Impact? Join our Interior Design team as a Design/Sales Consultant!

With over 20 years of success and growth, our close-knit team in Fairport, NY is dedicated to delivering top-notch, custom window treatments for clients who seek quality and style. We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate sales expert and project manager to help clients turn their design dreams into reality. As our Design/Sales Consultant, you'll interface with designers and end users to execute on how to best meet their needs and engage in the coordination of each sale/design project.

Your Role:

  • Sales & Project Management: Conduct in-home consultations, take measurements, and handle technical aspects of each sale. Ensure smooth coordination with installers and oversee project details from inquiry to completion.
  • Client Consultations: Provide personalized design guidance, create project scopes, and manage each sale end-to-end, ensuring exceptional service and design execution.
  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and a commitment to quality and transparency.
  • Showroom Management: Assist with appointments and walk-in clients as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional space.
  • Local Travel: Serve clients within a 30-mile radius, with occasional longer trips.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We prioritize work-life balance and respect your time!

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Design Enthusiast: A background in design is a bonus but not essential—we provide all the training you’ll need!
  • Sales Experience: Skilled in in-home sales, quoting, and precise measuring. Strong project and account management experience is a plus.
  • People Person: Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Flexible and Positive: Adaptable and motivated, able to manage multiple projects with a can-do attitude.
