OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing & Design Intern will work closely with the investor relations and marketing departments through various tasks related to graphic design, corporate branding, social media marketing, and content writing. The ideal candidate should have a background in arts/ design with an interest in business.

• Hours Per Week: 15-30 (40 hours- Summer)
• Start Date: January 2025
• End Date: July 2025 or no later than December 31, 2025
• Wages: $20/hr. | $25/hr. for MBA students
• Degree Type: Graphic Design, Marketing, Arts & Photography, Public Relations
• Academic Level: Rising Junior working toward a graduate degree, students graduating May or December of 2025 or MBA Candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

• Perform graphic design work with a focus on marketing materials (brochures, flyers, templates, reports, etc.)
• Assist with the creation and planning of digital content for social media and email marketing
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and be a self-starter.
• Must be fluent with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Mac OS
• Must have a strong eye for design and be knowledgeable of design best practices

WHAT ABOUT THE PERKS?

• Growth & Development: The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Senior Associate - Marketing on all assigned projects. The Intern will receive one-on-one training, coaching, and mentoring from the Senior Associate and other Senior Leaders. Training received will relate to general marketing topics and concepts, particularly as it relates to real estate graphic design, photography, corporate branding, as well as campaign strategy.
