To support Brown & Brown's continued focus on digital marketing, the organization is seeking a Creative Digital Content Specialist who will be responsible for designing and editing high-quality digital content, including videos, motion graphics and photos, to support our Enterprise Communications, Brand & Digital efforts. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand identity.

How You Will Contribute

Develop and produce visually striking videos, motion graphics, and digital content for various digital platforms, including internal content management systems, digital signage systems, social media, websites, and email campaigns. This includes filming, editing and enhancing existing digital content to improve quality and ensure brand consistency.Create company and insurance industry-related content for public and private consumption on intranet, web and social media in close coordination with our Communications and Brand teams.Collect, analyze and distribute digital metrics for strategic alignment.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.Help drive Digital Marketing strategy to over 500 Brown & Brown offices and 16,000+ teammates by adopting digital marketing guidance.Work with internal and external parties, including full-service outside marketing & communications agencies, to carry out digital initiatives.Create and carry out digital marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.Train new users and provide updates to users who manage digital-supported applications.Develop strategy and manage digital signage solutions for Brown & Brown headquarters and satellite offices.Direct support of Director of Digital Marketing and leadership team on various projects, tasks, etc.Skills & Experience to Be Successful

Minimum of 4-year bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Digital Media or Communications2-4 years of experience in digital CMS, content generation, and content-engagementProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite of applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)3+ years of experience in a similar positionTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being
