JOB TITLE –
Marketing, Events and Communications CoordinatorGENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES -
Manages a wide range of marketing processes, events and highlight visible presentations and projects. Working as a marketing coordinator requires performing a wide range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the department.SUPERVISOR –

NoneESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:· Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications including PowerPoint presentations, flyers, written communications and other materials related to marketing.· Comfortable with creating visual presentations through PowerPoint with leaders from multiple leaders through the organization.· Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, town halls, summits, sponsorships and other events the company participates in both internally and externally.· Coordinate logistics for events, including signage, promotional materials, giveaway items, etc. and working with technical support.· On occasion provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise· Lead development of marketing catalog and inventory management and monitoring· Assist with budget and invoice processing to ensure compliance with marketing spend requests, budgeting. Work with cross functional teams to submit invoices and ensure payment.· Manage and maintain marketing spend by division in with oversight from VP of Marketing.· Maintaining communication with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.· Partner with team on responding to marketing requests as necessary· Help maintain and update company intranet in coordination with various departments· Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams as an internal brand champion.· Comfortable in working with project management systems for documenting and tracking activities. Support collaborates across entire company and best practices.· Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES –
This position requires the following minimal requirements:· Ability to make effective analytical and problem solving skills· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities under pressure and deadlines· Ability to work well within a team environment and independently· Flexibility to change and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment· Basic Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office and Outlook· Maintains certifications, education and development appropriate for position.· Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulationsEDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or organizational development requiredEXPERIENCE –
2-4 years of related experience requiredCERTIFICATION/LICENSE –
Marketing principles preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –· Exert up to 20lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs. frequently and/or constantly.· Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/motions and stretching.· Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.· Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.· Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.· Requires dexterity to type.
