YouTube Strategic Partner Manager, Creator Third Parties Partnerships Job at You

We build and manage relationships with key players in the Creator Third Parties ecosystem, providing strategic guidance to internal teams, and developing programs to support Creator Third Parties who in turn scale our support of the most influential creators on YouTube. Our responsibilities include relationship management, strategic advisory, program development and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
- 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems.
- Experience with complex project management.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content.
- Excellent organizational leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
- Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with key leaders, act as primary point of contact, build trust and rapport within the Creator Third Parties ecosystem.
