We are seeking a

Parts Expeditor

to join our parts team whose primary responsibility will be to contact vendors, verify, and manage parts requisition, communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates, and inform managers of potential delays. The position is based on-site at our Coraopolis, PA location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build good relationships with parts suppliers and vendorsMonitor project delivery timelines, detect and troubleshoot any issues with delivery of orders.Create and manage accurate records of your activitiesRelate well to customers, co-workers, and vendorsPrioritize a large amount of ordersWorking knowledge of all aspects of shipping-receiving and warehousingWork independently without direct supervisionWork as part of a teamREQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and strong time-management skillsStrong problem solving and trouble-shooting skillsSolid negotiating capabilities and follow-up skills1+ years of experience in a parts department preferredResults driven and pro-activeProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelHigh school diploma or equivalencyBENEFITS
