My Code’s Product Marketing team is made up of industry-leading marketing experts who develop and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience. We take a diverse-first approach to media and marketing. We’re built to reflect and engage multicultural and diverse audiences and enable brands to build lasting relationships with America's growth audiences.My Code is looking for an experienced Vice President of Product Marketing to join our Revenue Operations and Planning team. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations and Planning, you will play a part in My Code’s integrated marketing efforts. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, team management, B2B marketing excellence, and experience with content and media brands/platforms. The ideal candidate is also a champion for inclusive marketing and has a point of view on how to craft stories that resonate with Black, Hispanic, LGBTQIA+, and AANHPI audiences.You will collaborate closely with sales, media solutions, research, PR, and publisher development teams to develop data-driven narratives, sales enablement materials, and B2B advertising solutions targeted at brands, advertising agencies, and media publishers seeking to reach diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:

Lead a Product Marketing team focused on driving industry-leading products and opportunities for brands to connect with My Code’s audience.Build best practices, strategy, and process to drive success across our O&O properties.Lead the go-to-market strategy and build best practices for My Code’s advertising solutions (aka “products”). Establish success criteria and measure against it.Manage the team’s marketing calendar and develop messaging and packaging for seasonal and cultural tentpole campaigns that increase demand for My Code’s media, content, and insights-driven products.Partner with Sales and Media Solutions to understand customer needs and create approaches to meet those needs.Partner with the research team to infuse research reports with a perspective that reflects our brands and customer needs.Know the competitive landscape and become an expert in your product areas.Partner with colleagues in brand marketing, operations, design, sales, client solutions, PR, research and insights, and publisher development to launch and optimize product messaging and offerings.Foster relationships across the organization and instill trust with these partners to ensure flawless project planning and launch.Take a “customer service” approach to all your work, seeking to be a great partner to the teams you interface with.Key Projects:

During your first 90 days, you will hit the ground running by aligning and developing a unified Product Marketing, Pre-sales, and Account Management team. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to generate integrated marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities across proactive and RFP-driven sales. Partnering with the VP of Account Management, you'll refine AM best practices and pave the way for our next growth phase. Additionally, you'll work hand-in-hand with the COO to glean insights from data and drive improvements across our core pre- and post-sale KPIs.Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of solid digital advertising product marketing and advertising solutions experience, including at least five years of data-driven B2B marketing and at least three years managing a team.Experience driving successful go-to-market strategies for ad product launches and aligning product marketing and messaging to a larger brand narrative for a company with O&O properties and multiple brands.Ability to drive strategic storytelling for media products and offerings.Experience translating data into insights, and insights into recommended action, applied to product marketing messaging, positioning, and packaging narratives.Experience developing best practices and strategy for written- and video-based case studies, and campaign wrap-up reports.Experience with product marketing lifecycle, competitive analysis, and persona development.Ability to balance creative, conceptual thinking with a data-driven mindset; identify and assess success metrics.Excellent B2B writing and deck-building skills, translating abstract concepts into compelling product storytelling.A self-starter who can operate both autonomously and collaboratively.Excellent prioritization, organization, and communication skills.Excellent team management skills.A positive spirit, inclusive mentality, diplomatic approach, and growth mindset.Comfort with leading amongst changes of a growing organization.Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally.Be a leader and embrace our team’s core values: Culture First, Play Like a Team, Pave The Way, Care and Think Big.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000-$195,000.
