The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting new hires, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Record Keeping:
Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly organized.Supporting New Hires:
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.Communication:
Compose letters, memorandums, and edit various documents to support internal and external communication efforts.Report Generation:
Produce and analyze reports on prescribing patterns, drug usage, and service levels.Supporting Professionals:
Serve as a liaison between industry professionals, ensuring seamless communication and support.Managing Staff:
Identify staff training needs and arrange appropriate training programs.Ensuring Compliance:
Ensure all activities are compliant with FDA regulations concerning the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of controlled substances.Developing Strategies:
