About the position:
As a Marketing Programs Manager for TCP, you will be part of the demand and marketing ops team that works in partnership with the broader Marketing team to build out integrated campaigns to grow and scale the business. This position reports to the Vice President of Demand and Marketing Operations.
As a Marketing Programs Manager, you will:
Work closely with marketing colleagues to define and execute campaigns designed to bring awareness to TCP's value proposition, generate new leads, and drive new pipeline opportunities for the organization.You will own our email strategy and will work across the marketing team to organize and optimize our email program for ongoing nurture and drip initiatives, product launches, company news, and customer marketing.You will manage our thought leadership and product webinar program and will coordinate with our brand and product marketing teams to develop the content and promote across various marketing channels.You will work with the VP of Demand and Marketing Operations to develop an email and webinar strategy that supports the execution of coordinated multi-channel campaigns that align with TCP's strategic objectives across key segments and markets.You will consistently and proactively identify, test, and optimize programs piloting new programs and tactics incorporating what works while retiring what does not work.You will work collaboratively with our ABM team to build email programs for a list of named accounts that can be incorporated into strategic ABM programs.You will work closely with product, content, and digital marketing to offer data-driven insights into the creation of engaging content to support primary marketing campaigns.You will collaborate with product, content, and digital marketing to ensure there is a cohesive creation, execution, and testing/optimization strategy to increase digital engagement.You will actively measure the performance of your programs and drive timely adjustments to maximize marketing efficiency.You will take ownership of the performance of generating demand for TCP's products and solutions.You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS focused on digital marketing, growth marketing, or email marketingHands-on knowledge of Marketo, Knak, Salesforce, and Zoom Webinar preferredExperience managing a variety of marketing channels to create programs to emphasize awareness, lead generation, and conversionMarketo Certified Expert is a plusAbility to multi-task and manage several assignments at a time from multiple people and to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision and follow through on deadlinesYou balance right-brain creativity with left-brain analytical thinkingYou have a growth mindset and embrace constructive feedback about your workYou natively speak B2B SaaS technology marketingPhysical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Some travel may be required.Benefits:
