We’re seeking an exceptional brand manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough marketing initiatives.DescriptionThe Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. You’ll assist in creating go-to-market plans that excite consumers and meet business objectives. Success in this role requires deep understanding of target customers and the ability to develop relevant, motivating strategies that align with brand positioning. Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners is crucial.Responsibilities:Assist in developing integrated marketing plans through collaboration with Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs teamsLeverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plansDevelop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with clear, concise narrativesOwn campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely mannerDrive follow-up and follow-through with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasksMinimum Qualifications:3-5 years in Brand Marketing with category-leading brandsWorld-class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talentStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressureAgile self-starter who is results-oriented and comfortable with ambiguityProactive problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, musicStrong research skills with ability to translate data into actionable tacticsCalm under pressure while maintaining competence and “can do” attitudeNatural curiosity with eagerness to bring new insights, ideas and opportunitiesThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60/hr.
