You will work onsite with the client 1-2 days per week.We are looking to add a Director, Integrated Media Planning to our team within iProspect. Your responsibilities will bring you in person with your client on a periodic basis. Reporting to the Group Director, Integrated Media Planning, you will lead a team of media planners and oversee the development of integrated media strategies for a national healthcare services client. You will set the strategic direction for your client's media program.Responsibilities:Develop and present integrated media plans and strategies to clients.Ensure campaign delivery, performance, and optimization.Foster relationships with media partners.Manage daily client communications and contribute to overall agency relationship development.Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities, ensuring innovation is brought to client recommendations.Accountable for all operational aspects of the media campaign process including trafficking, budget management, media actualization, and creative asset management.Lead collaboration with other teams to ensure campaign success.Contribute to development of agency best practices, solutions, and process improvements.Qualifications:8+ years of media planning experience in a large agency environment.5+ years of experience in an agency planning team management, with a focus on building local and regional media strategy.6+ years of experience managing successful media campaigns.Hands-on experience developing media plans and recommendations across the following channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native, Video, CTV/OTT, and traditional (TV, Print, OOH).8+ years of experience in media planning tools and software (Comscore, Nielsen, Kantar, ad server trafficking).6+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with clients.2+ years of experience planning media for healthcare services or hospital clients.2+ years of experience with budget management, media planning, and reporting against healthcare vertical goals (i.e. optimizing to revenue per patient acquired).What you get:Generous paid holiday schedule.Opportunity to get experience with a variety of leading brands.Agile, hybrid work environment with work from home & in office days.Comprehensive healthcare plans.401(k) with employer match.Flexible time-off.16 weeks paid parental leave.The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
