Position Summary:

As the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives to support our mission. You will lead efforts to increase clothing donations to our Big Blue Truck (BBT) program and enhance our brand awareness across multiple markets. This role involves developing and activating marketing plans, nurturing partnerships, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Location:

Renton, WA (Hybrid)Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 28 hours per week

Full Wage Range:

$45 – 55 per hour

Benefits:

17 Accrued Paid Time Off Days Annually (hours prorated for part-time)

7 Paid Holidays + 1 Day of Floating Holiday; 2 Floating Holiday days annually after one year

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations:

Develop and execute marketing plans to boost clothing donations and bin placements using digital advertising, social media, email newsletters, direct mail, events, and traditional advertising.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with donors, bin hosts, and community partners to drive donations and secure new bin placements.

Budget Management:

Oversee the BBT marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking financial performance.

Reporting:

Create reports and translate complex information into compelling narratives and engaging presentations.

Leadership:

Provide direction to external contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks and projects.

Creative Solutions:

Utilize innovative thinking to address challenges and opportunities in marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to produce compelling reports and presentations.

A proactive approach with a bias for action and execution.

Working Conditions:

Flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work hybrid and travel to BBT locations and partner sites within Washington State.

Limited overnight travel required (2-3 times annually).
