In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on our Venture Capital (VC) segment, you'll work to:Bring deep investment in the VC fund CFO persona and the buying group therein (finance, accounting) to your work on how we launch and sustain products in marketDesign launches across all tiers, from new product introductions to customer retention upgradesPartner with the GTM team on RACI design and evolutions for launch tiersDeploy impactful PMM planning and prioritization in conjunction with the wider marketing teamInform pricing strategy and decision making through market research and GTM analysisDevelop and curate performant marketing assets including product collateral, multimedia/creative assets, market-facing presentations, campaign assets, sales-supporting pieces and channel marketing materialsWork closely with our Creative and Program Management teams to deliver marketing assets aligned to product goalsEnable strong creative execution through high-quality briefsOperate cross-functionally with partners and stakeholdersCreate marketing strategies for existing products/product features informed by customer researchAct as a key owner in analytics for launch performancePartner with Integrated Marketing to reflect product objectives in quarterly and lifecycle campaignsCollaborate with the performance marketing team on paid activationsWork closely with Growth Marketing on upsell/cross-sell motionsCollaborate with product managers, product marketers, designers, and other teams to influence product developmentBe present in the market via owned and external eventsMay present at company-led customer events and industry conferences/panelsThe Team You'll Work With Over 40,000 startups have grown on Carta from issuing equity to their first hires all the way to running their first liquidity event. The marketing team at Carta is the driving force behind getting products to market - and keeping them there. We love connecting users with products and experiences they love.About You A successful Senior Product Marketing Manager for this role would likely have:At least 5 years of hands-on product marketing/GTM experiencePreferably, SaaS fintech experience and/or product marketing experience at companies that served VC or similar investor typesMotivation to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentCreative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and commission plans.
