7-12 years of experienceA Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Architecture or Interior DesignSomeone who brings technical expertise, experience with code analysis (ADA/FHA/IBC, etc…), consultant coordination experience (MEP, lighting, acoustic, security) and project management skills, coupled with creativity and positivity.Strong skills in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio and InDesign. Excellent 3D modeling skills are highly valued.Ability and desire to co-create with multiple team members to develop compelling design concepts and collectively translate them into clear presentations and construction documentsExperience in construction administration for interior renovations and new development in multifamily, senior living, and or hospitality projectsRefined, high-end design influences and a love of clean, streamlined construction document setsExperience in amenity space planning, FF&E specifications, material selectionProficient in written and spoken EnglishMust have a valid work permit for the USALeadership and mentorship abilities to guide more junior designers through the design process
What we prefer:LEED and/or WELL accreditationProgress towards NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure
