Our team of Educator Workforce Development specialists administers PRPIL, the alternative teacher licensure program for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.Additionally, our Performance Benchmarking tool, known as the International Student Barometer, is utilized by institutions throughout the US and Canada to enhance the student experience.The RoleThe Marketing Communications Executive will take strategic direction from Etio’s Head of Marketing team to deliver various communications and marketing campaigns to relevant audiences. The majority of work will directly support the US business unit, but as a central resource there will be an expectation to provide digital marketing support for our global operations, specifically the Middle East and UK where we hold an extensive portfolio of major contracts with education departments designed to improve the quality of education.The Marketing Communications Executive will be a marketing and communications all-rounder who can support the team to engage our audiences, drive new business and strengthen the Etio brand. No two days will be the same in this role as you engage with multiple stakeholders and audiences, both internal and external, to deliver successful marketing communications and campaigns.Some of your key responsibilities are:You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the US Managing Director to deliver the communications and brand strategy for Etio and its range of solutions and programmes, liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing campaigns and communications are accurate and engaging.This will include design for and management of social media content; design and support for presentations, webinars, email campaigns and web/landing pages; video editing; copywriting, and support for in-person and virtual Marketing events. In-person events are most likely to be focused in the North East (NY and MA), so the preference would be for the Marketing Executive to be based in this area.You will also work with the press, handling media enquiries and writing press releases.You’ll monitor, evaluate and report on campaign progress and ROI, continually improving the quality and impact of the marketing approach.You will work with brand guidelines and templates to create on-brand digital marketing graphics to support campaigns across the website, social media and paid advertising platforms.You will work with individuals across the business to drive traffic and engagement across our social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). You will be creating, analysing, and reporting on social media activity in-line with our social media strategy and best practice.You will support the maintenance and development of our marketing automation platform activities in HubSpot. This will include the creation and maintenance of web and landing pages, workflows, contact lists, email sequences and CTAs to deliver fully-integrated communications.What skills and experience can I bring to the role?You will be an experienced marketing and communications professional with a well-rounded skill-set across the entire marketing mix, with a keen eye for well-produced and effective design. You will need to be able to switch your focus as required by the priorities and work calmly under pressure. You will have a positive, helpful attitude and take a proactive approach to making our working processes better, whilst working to a high standard.Key skills for this role include:Experience of providing high-level marketing support to a busy marketing team.An aptitude for producing engaging marketing content, including social media content creation and management, presentations, webinars, email campaigns, web/landing pages, and copywriting.A high-level of competency using InDesign (or similar) and video editing/animation software.Experience of using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, which will be central to your role.Strong interpersonal skills – you will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, from Marketing, Project Directors, Etio Education Consultants, suppliers, and customers – including school/district staff.An understanding of the K12 education landscape would be advantageous.
