This role is responsible for a wide array of marketing and communications campaigns and projects to support our affiliated investment managers, institutional and retirement sales channels, sponsorship/event marketing efforts and other assigned projects. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days/week in our Boston (Back Bay) office.Leading through collaboration, you should be comfortable working with various styles and applying your marketing acuity and industry knowledge to drive campaigns and key initiatives forward within specified deadlines. You bring a positive, can-do demeanor to the team, with a desire to learn about our clients, our business, and about Natixis. You are proactive, detailed oriented, and have a roll up your sleeves mentality. You also lead with a digital-first attitude, with a strong emphasis on metrics that contribute to the success of campaigns and future endeavors. What you will do:Affiliate Marketing
Collaborate with our affiliated investment managers to build enlightening materials (e.g., videos, papers, web articles) that highlight the benefits and expertise in their respective fields.Lead marketing efforts on product strategy promotions as needed while collaborating within Marketing (e.g., Editorial, Design, Web, and Video) and the manager.Support our internal Investment Strategies team’s and Sales team’s efforts from a content as well as promotional perspective when it comes to affiliate marketing supportMaintain content on our US websites while collaborating with Editorial and Digital teamsDevelop comprehensive creative briefs and plans that outline crucial information (e.g., goals, target audiences, key messages, exceptional factors, critical metrics) in advance to guide team members.Work with our internal project management system (i.e, Workfront) while keeping team members advised and the project on trackIndustry Conference Activation
Activate our sponsored US industry conferences to increase awareness, lead generation, and subject matter expertiseDevelop campaign plans and timelines to leverage sponsorships including email and social mediaWork with third party contacts to ensure timely deliverables of material (e.g., thought leadership content, exhibit material, branded items, firm profile)Use attendee lists to generate leads and collaborate with internal teams to update the content management system (i.e., Salesforce).Review and submit conference contracts to our Legal teamRetirement and US Institutional Marketing Support
Under the direction of the VP, Marketing Management, provide tactical support on a variety of marketing initiatives and programs to target retirement advisors, consultants, and plan sponsorsWork with business partners to provide marketing support on various marketing efforts such as materials, web content, and email campaignsSupport creation of thought leadership papers, marketing collateral, website, videos, and presentationsAdditional ad hoc support as assigned by the manager
What you will bring:
A minimum of three years of relevant marketing experience required, preferably within asset managementBS/BA degree in relevant subject areaStrong attention to detail, with proven effectiveness in project managementStrong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills a plusAbility to build relationships and effectively collaborate with colleagues across the organizationTakes initiative and demonstrates ownership/accountability for assigned projectsAble to clearly articulate plans, progress, and marketing recommendations to key constituencies, and support effective meetings and discussionsExperience collecting and analyzing campaign metrics to advise future effortsSkilled at developing creative briefs and marketing campaign plansAbility to understand email and social channels as a component of the marketing strategy and be fluent in reporting metrics and analyticsEffectively support and promote the work done by our affiliated investment managers and other assigned areasHave a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up ones sleevesAbility to managed and prioritize multiple projects in a timely mannerBe a positive and encouraging team member with a “one-team” approachBring a digital-first, collaborative approach to projectsDevelop relationships with business partners, including Marketing, Investment Strategies Group, Product, Compliance, and SalesImplement metrics to evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics and strategiesWork effectively with various internal and external business partners (e.g., Editorial, Design, Marketing Operations, Investment Strategies Group, Digital, Sales, ComplianceFINRA SIE preferred
