The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web and Mobile Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This role focuses on enhancing our web presence and user experience through effective content management, review, and optimization. Responsibilities:

Act as the gatekeeper of the website, overseeing access and collaboration.

Website Management - Update and maintain the website with relevant information and new data.

Content Management - Review, edit, and proofread web content to ensure it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the IT department to implement technical updates and enhancements.

Collaborate with team members to review and clean existing data, ensuring the site's integrity and accuracy.

Proactive problem-solving and identify opportunities for website improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend new strategies.

Develop content strategies aimed at improving overall user experience and site navigation.

Research and analyze web trends and monitor analytics to make informed improvements.

Campaign Coordination, collaborate with the Marketing Team and other departments to create content that meets campaign standards.

Create and manage content schedules for planned marketing initiatives.

Prepare performance reports to assess campaign results and effectiveness.

Mobile App Management, update and maintain content for event mobile apps to achieve marketing objectives.

Manage the annual conference app for two months each year, coordinating content and user engagement.

Evaluate and enhance content for accuracy, quality, and user-friendliness.

Analyze performance post-event and prepare reports demonstrating results and ROI.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design, or a related field.

Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development or marketing support roles.

Experience managing websites, particularly with platforms like WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce.

Strong administrative and technical support capabilities.

Proficiency in content management systems and web development tools.

Strong understanding of content optimization and SEO principles.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, and various web development software.

Position Designation/Business Continuity:

This role is eligible for telework. Telework and remote work eligibility is subject to NAEYC's Telework and Remote Work Policy. Hybrid policy requires three days per week onsite in Washington, DC office. This role requires travel in support of company events.
